We breathed new life into an existing screened-in patio. Overcoming the challenge of obstructive beams, we introduced an engineered beam to support the patio's weight, opening up the space and replacing faded, rotting decking with durable composite decking. The transformation continued with new exterior walls featuring screened windows, enhancing the style and functionality of the exterior space.
