Yes, we provide a 5-year warranty on our workmanship – going above the industry standard 1-year warranty. We also uphold all manufacturer warranties on the products we install.
Yes, like most remodeling projects, we follow a structured payment schedule to keep everything on track. Here’s how it works:
- 50% of the contract price is due when you sign the contract, this secures your spot on our schedule and allows us to start ordering materials.
- 30% of the contract price is due when we reach the halfway mark of your project.
- 20% of the contract price is due when we reach substantial completion. At this point, the project is nearly finished, with only final touch-ups and quality checks remaining.
If you’re remodeling a kitchen or bathroom, expect some disruptions, it’s part of the process. There will be noise, foot traffic, dust, and some temporary inconveniences.
That said, we go above and beyond to protect your home. We use barriers, coverings, and careful planning to minimize the mess and keep the disruption as low as possible.
If you have pets, young kids, or travel plans during construction, we recommend having a plan in place for their safety and your convenience.
From your first call to project completion, timelines can range from 2 to 8 months—it all depends on the scope of work. Every remodel goes through four key phases:
- Initial Estimate – We assess the project and provide a rough estimate.
- Design & Planning – We work with you to finalize design details and get everything just right.
- Ordering & Storage – Materials are ordered and stored so everything is ready before we start.
- Construction – This is where the transformation happens!
Our goal is always to complete your project efficiently while maintaining the highest quality craftsmanship.
We take job site cleanliness seriously! For larger projects, we bring in a dumpster that stays on-site until the job is done. On smaller projects, we use our own dump trailers to haul debris away.
Either way, all construction materials, dust, and debris will be removed promptly, keeping your home as clean and stress-free as possible.
It’s actually pretty fun! The process starts with a quick phone call. We’ll introduce ourselves, answer any initial questions you have, and schedule an on-site visit.
When we meet at your home, we’ll discuss your vision, budget, and any plans you may already have. If you don’t have a detailed plan yet, no worries!
That’s what we’re here for. We’ll ask plenty of questions, and we encourage you to do the same. Our goal is to make sure we’re the perfect fit for your project.
